There are many things designed (consciously or otherwise) to keep you in fear. It is completely up to you to choose to stay in that fear or to realize on a very deep level that you are protected, cared for, loved, supported and cherished by The Universe. When you are experiencing a challenging situation, look at yourself and your reactions to other’s actions as an observer. What do you see? How can you change? What do you wish to let go of? The situation will only remain toxic, difficult or hurtful if you let it. ~ Creator

My dearest child…. there will be times in your life when you feel disheartened and disappointed.  Things may appear to be unfair as well as unchanging, even disastrous.  Do not lose heart!  Even though you may be experiencing these things now it does not mean they will continue indefinitely. When you begin to feel overwhelmed, take a step back, breathe deeply, close your eyes and imagine the direction in which you truly want to move.  You may not see a change immediately, however, with positive thought and action, the change will happen. ~ Creator

Behold the beauty of your Earth plane existence!  Yes, there will be bumps and bruises, scrapes and falls.  But, through it all, there are moments of wonder and awe and excitement as well as peace and joy because you are here doing what you are doing, learning what you are learning and growing at a quantum rate.  From the Universal perspective there is nothing more beautiful than you!

My dearest child; there will be days when you come face to face with your ‘triggers’.  As unpleasant as they can be it is important for you to remain in the moment, to identify and understand them.  Whether it be the way someone speaks to you, a sight or smell, they have been placed there (and you draw them to you) to practice self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others.  Rather than responding immediately, take a breath and a moment to see it for what it truly is….a beautiful moment of growth. ~ Creator

To grow you will need to release the old. The hurts, rejections, resentments, negatives, and any unrequited experiences from the past will keep you exactly where you are now.
